Refund policy
REFUND POLICY:
- We provide 100% refund of product purchase price via store credit. Here we would refund whole product purchase price of returned product as a Store Credit (coupon code). This coupon code would be valid for 6 months.
OR
- Though Store Credit is our default refund method, customer may avail cash refund (online transfer only). Here, a fix amount of Rs. 150/- or 10% of product purchase price, whichever is higher, would be deducted from the product purchase price towards product restocking expense.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Refund policy is applicable to unused and unknown products only
- Any additional charges like shipping charges, COD charges, gift packing charges etc., if charged, are non-refundable.
- Return and refund are not applicable to customized products, the products marked as non-returnable and free items.
